Product Availability

Orders placed from Tuesday to Friday by 13 am will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

If you are interested in a piece that is currently on back order, please call us or email us and we can tell you when the item will be available. There may be a 4-6 week delay before the piece can be shipped. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Information on our Site
At Follow Me South, we make every effort to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail, some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may vary slightly. On our site, we provide the measurement of each piece.

Privacy Policy
At Follow Me South we keep your information in the strictest confidence and do not sell information to third parties, nor use personal information for any reason other than its intended use. If you purchase from our store you will have the option to be added to our mailing list. Our mailing list will keep you informed about new products and collections, events, news and sales. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

Pricing and Shipping
Our prices include VAT and are in Swiss Francs. We charge separately for postage and packaging. Our prices are reviewed periodically and are subject to change without any prior notice.

We ship internationally, however, there are NO returns or exchanges on international shipments.

Payment options
We accept payment via PayPal. We will not dispatch the goods until we receive payment in full.

Online Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order please email us immediately at info@followmesouth.ch They can be cancelled at any time up until the order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it therefore please return the parcel for a refund when it is received. Please not that we cannot accept cancellations for bespoke orders or personal orders that include any personalisation e.g. engraving.

Return Policy
Follow me south is committed to complete customer satisfaction. Follow me South takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise which is carefully manufactured by hand, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide however to return your purchase made online or over the telephone for any reason at all; Follow me south will refund that purchase within 15 days from the original purchase date. Shipping costs will be deducted from amount of refund. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box. Please insure the package for the full purchase price. Follow me South is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Customised items, e.g. special orders, engraved orders etc are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please post the package to the address below and assure that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package.

Follow me South will process your return upon receipt of the package. We must confirm that the returned jewellery has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 15-day period.

Exchange Policy
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any item may be exchanged within 30 days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the exchange.
